A few weeks ago, the CU College of Nursing (colloquially known as the CON) received a well-deserved accolade from U.S. News & World Report—recognition as the fourth best online Master’s in Nursing program in the U.S. There are so many people responsible for this incredible honor—from brilliant, engaged faculty to a fantastic student affairs and diversity team to program directors and deans who empower innovation. I’d like to focus in on a few areas of the organizational culture of the CON that contributed to this success, specifically through the partnerships that characterize the design, teaching, and learning work of the college.
