Teams is a digital hub that brings conversations, content, and apps together in one place. Educators can create collaborative classrooms, connect in professional learning communities, and communicate with school staff – all from a single experience in Office 365 for Education.

On August 16, 2018, The Office of Information Technology will be hosting a workshop for any educators associated with the university. The workshop will be led by Dominic Williamson, Program Manager and Higher Education Specialist at Microsoft. The event will be held at the AMC campus.

Upgrades to Flipgrid include free educator accounts and private assessment tools

Flipgrid is an online video-based discussion tool designed to give students a unique method of communicating what they’ve learned (as an alternative to text-based options). It helps foster an engaging, social learning atmosphere within the online classroom, or adds a supplemental component to face-to-face courses. Recent Flipgrid upgrades (Flipgrid One and Flipgrid Classroom) both take into account you – the educator – and your unique needs.
